We may collect: identification data (name), contact data (phone, email), medical data (dental history, X-rays, treatment plans), browsing data (cookies, IP address). Via the dRoot platform we additionally collect: preferred doctor, treatment type, appointment date and time.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We use your data to: schedule and manage consultations, provide dental services, communicate with you regarding treatments, comply with legal obligations and improve our services.

4. Legal Basis

We process your data on the following legal grounds: your explicit consent, performance of a medical services contract, legal obligations (health legislation) and legitimate interests (service improvement).

5. Data Retention Period

Medical data is retained for at least 10 years from the last consultation. Contact data is retained for as long as you remain our patient or until consent is withdrawn.

6. Your Rights
